So sorry to hear of the passing of your mom and that you didn't get to see her. I am so happy you had been able to see her recently at the wedding. I am sure she knew how much you loved and appreciated her.
I'm so sorry, Bob. I know this must be just devastating. I cannot imagine a 35 year battle with cancer, she was very brave and very strong. At least she is no longer suffering, but I know that those of you left behind are suffering greatly. Please let me know if I can help in any way.
VB, I am so sorry, so very sorry for you and your family. I am glad that you, Nu Nu and Sherry made it there as a family so she could see how happy you are, and Sherry had the chance to meet her.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. What a wonderful woman to step in and take the role of mom to you. Nothing prepares us for the death of a parent, I found that out. I was shocked at the depth of my emotions, we assume that our parents will die, as they get older it becomes more of a reality. Then when it happens, wow.

I want to personally "Thank" all of you for being there for me and I will be flying to the Midwest to be with my Father, brother & sister next week.
