Hello! This is Michelle Carr Crowe with your West San Jose Lynbrook High Homes Update for 08.28.10.

All students within the Cupertino & Fremont Union High School Districts are now back to school and hard at work. There are lots of excellent formal and informal tutoring help and aids available individually, in groups and privately online.

West San Jose Lynbrook High Single family homes are again at balance, with 16 for sale and 14 pending. However, of those 16, only 3 are UNDER $1M. The remaining 13 start at $1.090M and go through $1.529M. Condos and townhomes remain high in inventory, with 13 for sale, and 2 pending.

The much-anticipated Fed announcement today resulted in a surge of confidence with Wall St ending up 164 points up at the end of the day. Interest rates continue low.

Are things heating up or cooling down?
