After an early river walk and a circumambulation around Tubb's Hill and the return to our motel (about 9 miles) we loaded out for Missoula. About 8 years ago we stopped here and had an excellent dinner. At the same location we found a new restuarant: The Silk Road and enjoyed a dinner even better. I can hardly remember what business is like and I've only been gone two days.
Glenn: Delighted to see your trip as it progresses. The Rain knows you're out gathering material for your blogs. Travel safely!
Charlie - It's hard to get away from my AR habit.
Tish - My wife does 90% of the driving. I do 90% of the drinking. We both enjoy hiking and the great outdoors to 100% capacity.
Only gone for two days and already forgot what work is like, eh Glenn? Sounds like a GREAT getaway!
(I had to look up “cir-cum-am-bu-la-tion.” ...And it’s a real word!)
Looks like you're having a good time..............having some fun and relaxing a bit I hope. Thanks for sharing with us Glenn.
Some times an escape is exactly what the doctor ordered! Usually when I go on vacation though, the phone gets busier and they are all you have to call me now calls!
Bill - It is a delightful experience, and currently have very understanding clients.
Roger - We've been enjoying ourselves and Marjie likes to drive, so I take pictures.
Todd - I lucked out this time. Two buyers firmly in escrow and a seller willing to wait. Labor Day is not such a hot time to come on anyway.
Glenn, it's really fun to read road trip adventures! I think there is even a Road Trip group here on Active Rain! Looks like you guys are enjoying yourselves!
"A circumambulation"? Now I'm going to have to leave here and go to dictionary.com! LOL
