How sweet, I'm not too familiar with moose, but it looks like a mom and baby?  Thanks for sharing:)

Erika,

It sure is!   You are welcome.    Also, for those who did not know, the plural of moose is moose.   :)

Hi Gerry - You got some very nice photos of the two moose who were being very co-operative.

When I read your sentence "If you want to see the rest of my posts on Yellowstone National Park, check out Chapter 11.", the first thing I thought was Chapter 11 of the US bankruptcy law in a similar way that if someone said Madonna or other famous celebrities, you would immediately think of that person.

I am just wondering if you have compiled a "moose" dictionary,Gerry. Words that "moose" can be cleverly worked into, because in addition to creating some beautiful photographs, you have created a new language from one word! =o) LOL  You have captured so many of this sort of shot now, I hope that they are not becoming commonplace for you, and that you still enjoy the moment as much as the first one, because I know I still enjoy the wonderment of each new shot!

Gerry,   Once again your photos are just outstanding.  Do you sell your artwork?  If not you should, you just have such a way of capturing the moment.  Thanks for always sharing them.   Have a great day!  ...geri

Hi Gerry - The first time I saw a Moose was when our family drove across Canada from Ontario to British Columbia when I was 10 years old. We were in the Rockies and suddenly, out of nowhere it seemed, there appeared 3 Moose - huge things to my young eyes and a wonderful sight.

Cheers!

Gerry, Great pictures. I can barely imagine what the experience of seeing moose 'regularly' would be like. Although I've seen a few having grown up in Maine.

Hi Gerry, These photos are fantastic - they are so amazing to see!  You are a very brave photographer, Gerry, as I have learned that the Mama Moose are most protective of their young and far more dangerous than the bulls.
