Nia - ON GOING CLASSES including Labor Day 2010

Terre Pruitt teaches Nia classes every MONDAY---including the Holiday coming up (9/6)---and WEDNESDAY at 9 am in Willow Glen.

Nia is a cardio-dance class.  Created to get your heart rate AND your spirit up. 

Mondays and Wednesday, 9 am to 10 am in San Jose - 1062 Lincoln Ave.
