September, October, November, December...
It seems this time of the year I get busier with every "Ber". September is the month I can always count on to put together a new relevent marketing plan, sort out the "now and laters" and reinvent my wheel.
October has always been a month for prospecting and closings for me... I tend to meet lots of new people, sponsor events and show lots of homes. Florida weather is absolutely beautiful this time of the year.
November is all about getting transactions closed prior to Thanksgiving where everyone disappears for the last week and gearing up for the rush of snow birds who come down to spend their winter.
December has consistently been the most productive month of the year for me for the last 6 years in a row. December's holiday season certainly makes it challenging to get any work done, but it also brings the exciting New Year to look forward to.
So tomorrow I have a day planned of writing my 4th quarter business plan and adjusting my goals to make sure I end this year with a bang!
