Nationally July existing homes sales were off 27.2%, at an annual rate of 3.83 million, well below the expected 4.65 million rate. The months' supply went from 8.9 to 12.5 and there was also a rise in inventories.   • August, 2010: Encinitas Homes for Sale: 266 (Active, contingent, and pending)
  • August, 2010: Encinitas Months of Inventory: 8.5
  • July, 2010: Encinitas Median Home Price $863,000; 23% higher than July, 2009
  • July, 2010: Encinitas Homes Sold: 38; 16% lower than July, 2009

Encinitas Condos and Townhomes

  • August, 2010: Encinitas Condos for Sale: 109 (Active, contingent, and pending)
  • August, 2010: Encinitas Months of Inventory (Condos): 8.2
  • July, 2010: Encinitas Median Condo Price: $356,000; 9% lower than July, 2009
