Water Shortages in Woodville, AL

Does it surprise you when we have been in a drought and the news tells us everyday not to be watering our plants, and you drive by and see everyone's sprinklers running? We still don't have any rain in the forecast and the temperature today was 104. The ground is cracking, ponds are drying up, grass still dying. And people are worried about watering their yards, and our water supply is getting limited. The other morning I woke up and didn't have any water. The water tank was empty, late that afternoon the tank was filled up. People shouldn't surprise me!
