You heard it here first Folks! Just in on the news....the City of Perris, in Riverside County California, is considering cancelling Halloween.
But, not for the kids......just for the registered SEX OFFENDERS in Perris California. IMHO, this is a HUGE STEP in dealing with these sex offenders.
If the city council approves this action, it would mean that on Halloween night, any registerd sex offender in Perris California would not be allowed to have their lights on, no halloween decorations, not allowed to even answer their doors.
I'm all for it.
