I don't know what people expect!
Now is the time to buy! Especially and specifically in the good areas like San Marino, Arcadia, and Pasadena. These areas are NOT going to see the drop in price that other less affluent areas are seeing. They have seen a pause in the increase, but these areas will continue to go up in value because everyone wants to be in a desirable neighborhood with good schools. So what are they waiting for?
