Congrats on an approved short sale, they are short in demand and long in processing!!! Just be thankful you are in a state where you can practice short Sales and not subject to SAFE.

Inger - First off congratulations on the short sale.
I'm with Barbara above regarding the Google Juice. Honestly, you may not need the 'Juice'. Google loves AR and just the one mention of approved short sale with the tags in place may be enough to get your blog on Google's first page.
Plus, make sure and use the Localism feature when posting, in case you haven't already.
BTW, please feel free to delete my comment- I know your post is intended for consumers!
