I have had the pleasure of working with the sweetest couple for the past year. We finally sold their house and they are "living out the dreams of their friends" by living with their kids until they find a new home.

We found the perfect house and we have negotiating the contract tonight.

I was as giddy as a kid on Christmas making the phone call that their offer had been accepted. In five years of real estate, I have never had a client more excited than my clients this evening.

I just love moments like this. It makes my job so rewarding and takes my mind off of whatever didn't go quite as expected that day.
