I personally haven't seen one of these but I know they exist.  What do you use to cut away the fat?  The fat I'm talking about with this word is fat from any kind of meat be it beef, chicken, pork etc.  The meaning of ulu: a knife with a broad, almost semicircular blade.  The fat you need to concentrate on is the fat in your budget.  While I don't recommend the use of this type of knife literally to cut the fat from your budget consider what you need to do to accomplish cutting the fat.  Join wordsmith on Activerain.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.
