Petra, I don't know what your sellers DID to the outside of this "manufactured home," but it sure doesn't look like a "mobile home." they did a great job. Inside looks great as well. And... I just LOVE the bathroom wallpaper. I bet you tried to get the seller to change it, but I love it. Good luck with your marketing efforts.
Taking another look, here... I also love the kitchen wallpaper, and all the paint colors. And, a silly little thing, perhaps... I really like the "indent" in the middle of the master bath vanity counter top. Makes it MUCH easier to bend over and get close to the mirror when I put on my mascara. What a great idea. Wonder if a woman designed this feature.
We enjoy looking at communities outside our Long Island NY area and your manufactured home for sale with slide show looks like an affordable alternative!
