Naperville Hits Perfecta for August!

The number of  Single family homes sold increased by 19.14% verses 12 months ago. The Average sale price of also increased by 2.83% over the same period last year. The average market time has remained virtually the same.

Granted its only one months data but It is reason enough to be cautiously optimistic. The other consideration is that this increase in sales happened without the assistance of  government programs.
