Our business has been focused on property sales for many years and has been successful in the areas we have chosen to specialise in. We have built up a list of clients who, we believe, we have cultivated a very close relationship with. Over the past year or so we have started to a large number of clients coming through to our site wanting long term rentals in Marbella, so we have decided to offer our clients the service they want, in addition to sales.
Having been a long term renter here when I first arrived in Marbella, some 13 years ago, I am fully aware of how difficult it can be to find what yoy want at the price you are willing to pay. Then you can sometimes come unstuck with sharp practice by some of the more unsrupulous venders. Obviously as I have been through all of these things, I feel we, as a company can really offer a service that circumvents all the nonsense, leaving prospective tenants to worry about what really matters. Renting a nice property.
I will share some of my experiences on this blog, detailing all aspects of the business we are about to embark in. I hope they will all be positive and motivational, although maybe I will be venting frustrations that are always prevelent when starting up a new business venture. The important thing is that clients get the best choice and the best possible service, keeping that in mind we will strive to do just that over the coming months.
