Windsor had 13 new listings
Windsor had an interesting mix of houses that came on the market this week. There is one that is already under contract, a variety of bank owned properties AND some new construction. I am working with a buyer that is wanting to puchase their new home in Windsor. It is amazing to me that it is a struggle to find the perfect house. If you know someone that is thinking of selling their home in the $240,000 to $270,000 price range, that has the feeling of a large lot and is clean and kept up, please let me know.
