Great post Harley. I've never been to Idaho but it is one of my must visit states. Had a good laugh regarding bullet point 4 [in-laws]. There is a builder in Central Massachusetts that has been building homes in the 1700 - 2200 sq.ft. range and all on a single floor and with all the bells & whistles. He has not been able to build them fast enough.

My question, what becomes of the abandoned McMansions?
