You can clearly see by my visual representation the general downward trend in the total number of sales in all three major New Brunswick real estate markets - Moncton, Saint John and Fredericton. I've prepared these graphs to show the total number of all types of reported MLS® sales for May, June, July and August compared to the two previous years.
Sales trends like this usually tend to favour buyers over sellers.
Buyers in the Moncton area seem to have responded in August.

Larry - in the Toronto area there appears to be a shifting of the high and low months for sales numbers to earlier in the year this year .
