Summer was sizzling so for September I thought I would like to cool things off a bit with a nice cool and refreshing blue sky in back of one of our famous landmarks and icons from the Pascack Valley area, the Westwood NJ Gazebo Bandshell.
It has been one of the hottest summers on record here in New Jersey this year so far. 
The First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit has ended but the good news is the extension for closing before the June 30th cutoff was extended to September 30th giving a little more leeway to be able to take advantage of the tax credit rebate for those who were unable to close in time. So you better hurry up with that paper work.
We have seen many flowers exploding in a vibrant color display this year even with the heat of 90 degree plus days this summer.

Business is great and we are excited at the possibilities available for first time home buyers as well as sellers looking to move up. 
Historically, interest rates are still at an all time low and have even gone lower since last month.
How long will this last?
No one knows of course, so First Time Homebuyers have a wonderful opportunity right now to get a terrific rate on a mortgage.
Either moving up or buying for the first time, now is a great time to make the move up to home ownership.
