I know this is over due but I want to get it out before more time goes by.
It has been a great experience working with you. My past experience working with Agents was not good. To say the least they did not manage the property correctly. This includes everything from collecting the rents, getting qualified tenants and getting things repaired.
When I started working with you things changed quickly. You got my property listed quickly and showed it just as fast. You not only got folks to see the property but you also screened them for me. For that I'm grateful because I know what it is like to have a bad tenant.
Once we got someone, you were great at having me set up a deposit for any future repairs that may have to be done. I feel this is very important and not everyone does it. It allows us to take care of tings quickly.
You web site is extremely user friendly for tracking my account whether it be rents or expenses. When I couldn't remember how to log in you immediately sent me the instructions.
On the rents, I get them electronically every month without fail. This of course is important so I can turn around and pay the mortgage.
In short, you are a great communicator and on top of the situation.
