Month end numbers are in for August 2010 and they tell the store of what happens when the tax credit ended and how the economy is doing in the Antelope Valley and the nation.  Even thou we are seeing a dip in actual sold, new listing and open escrows are up. As we move into the last quarter and holiday’s season we anticipate a small slowing in transactions.
