CrossLoop lets you remotely access and control another computer. Let’s assume that you are the person needing help and your techie friend, child or brother-in-law is at another location. Before CrossLoop you had to wait until they could find time to come to you or you had to bring your computer to then. Once you both download the CrossLoop program, you’ll be able to let them take control of your computer so they can help solve your problem.
