Had no idea what a "Canadian Tire Opulence Chandelier" was, so I googled it.  Turns out it's marked down from $99.99 to $69.99.  I agree that adding various textures can really add a lot of interest!

Charlene - Floating your furniture away from the wall - that's a really important tip.  Furniture glued to the walls looks awkward and often unbalanced, and yet I see it done so often.

Leanne - Wow!  $69.99 is a great deal!  Maybe I should stock up on a couple :-)

Sally - I think a lot of people are afraid to try floating their furniture.  I've had some tell me during consultations that they think it will make their room look smaller.  If done right though, it can really look great.

Hi Charlene - Great staging tips.  Canadian Tire has so many useful staging items as they sell much more than tires.

Hi Marc - Thank you!  You're right, Canadian Tire has some great pieces including the Debbie Travis line.
