Here is a cute video that has a lot of good and true points. Tom Ferry is a coach with a lot of energy and success. He teaches agents to succeed. His videos are inspiring and motivational. I enjoy watching them when I am eating at my desk or just getting discouraged about prospecting so much.
He picks me up with his "not the traditional" motivational methods and his message comes in loud and clear. The message is There becomes a wall where 80% of the people quit because of too much failure or it's too hard. The top 20% are usually the ones that just keep going and wilth a lot less competition - and win!
