Stacy Neir of the Neir Team with Kentwood City Properties has been recognized in the September 2010 issue of 5280 Magazine as one of Denver's top real estate agents.

5280 Magazine September 2010

The Five Star Real Estate Program did an in-depth research study in Denver in which they surveyed 10,000 - 50,000 recent buyers (all Denver residents who purchased a home over $100,000 within a 12-36 month period), readers of 5280 magazine and 250 mortgage and title companies. In the study, these folks were asked to name and evaluate real estate agents with whom they had a direct/personal experience with and were evaluated based on:

  • Customer service
  • Integrity
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Closing Preparation
  • Helping Buyers find the right Home
  • Marketing a Home being sold
  • Overall Satisfaction

The final list of Five Star Real Estate Agents include less than 7% of the real estate agents in the Denver market.

"This is a huge honor for me to be selected as one of Denver's best realtors.  Getting referred by my clients and colleagues is the best compliment I could ever receive. A big THANK YOU to everyone who has supported me over the years!"  - Stacy Neir

First and foremost I wonder why you continue to harass me? I will gladly respond to your email above but then ask that you no longer contact me.

1) My husband and I have been a team since 2004.  I changed my name from Stacy Neir to the Neir Team at that time.  In 2009 my husband decided to pursue another career. Because I had been marketing myself for the last 5 years as the Neir Team, I decided I did not want to lose that "brand" and have kept the name.

2) I specialize in the Stapleton neighborhood but also sell all over the Denver area. I have been selling real estate in Denver since 1998 and have sold well over 200 homes in my career.  I average about $8M- $10M in sales per year with an average of 30-40 sides per year. You do not have to work in one market segment to be considered a good real estate agent nor an expert.  I consider myself to be both because of my experience, my ability to solve problems, my extensive knowledge of the real estate contracts, my negotiation skills, and my ability to get deals done in today's market.

3) I received the reward for being a great real estate agent.  If you had read the 5280 Magazine article you would know how the recipients were chosen.  I outlined the 9 criteria above.  The people who responded to the survey were both referrals and new clients. And I 'm sure you are aware how referrals work. You do a good job and someone recommends you??? I don't get referrals from my title reps and I get very few referrals from my lenders. My business is based on referrals from clients I have worked with in the past who know I will take care of their friends and family members.

4) As far as financial knowledge, I pride myself in knowing what is going on with interest rates and different loan options for my clients. I am very creative and think outside the box when it comes to helping buyers secure a loan.  In this market you have to be or a deal would never get done.  The survey did not include this as a criteria but if they had, it would not have changed the outcome.

5) This is a sexist comment and quite frankly a stupid one.
