Brampton, Ontario, Canada Is Hot! Hot! Hot And So Is It's Real Estate!

We have been enjoying a tropical like heat wave these last few days and it is hotter than hot in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.
  That's ok with us!

Records have been broken and Canada is on track for the warmest year ever. So far since the beginning of the year it has been approximately 3.5 degrees warmer than normal according to Environment Canada.  This last week the temperature has been in the mid 30 degree celcius range; that's in the ninetys for you farenheit people.  Actually sitting in the shade right now it's 92.5. That's in the shade and not factoring in the humidity!  We are not complaining though. Not one bit.

It will be interesting to see what happens and what new records will be set in the next few days. We don't mind, it is bringing the buyers out to look for hot deals in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Just let us stop and pick up a latte, but make ours iced please.

Al and Peggy it has been on the warm side here in Connecticut as well.  I have some young friends getting married on Saturday, and it is an out door wedding.  They are praying that the good weather continues :)

Al and Peggy,

I love the hot weather, but you really do need a pool to cool off.

Al and Peggy, we finally relented this morning and put the AC on, Helen had wanted to wait out the weather, but two very restless nights were enough...

Al & Peggy, I'm glad for you that the heat seems to be bring out the buyers...it's kind of the opposite here.  When it gets hot people tend to stay indoors or only go out for the necessities.

Hi Al and Peggy - Glad I went to The Ex when it was not so hot and humid.

The companies that make air conditioners, RTUs and chillers must be doing very well this year.

Come playoff time, if my NY Rangers are out, I become a Leafs fan. It's ben too long since they've won the cup and, after NY Rangers fans waited 54 years before drinking from the Stanley Cup, I know it'll taste even sweeter when the Leafs finally do win it.

Go Leafs go! (If the Rangers are out only!!!)
