Luxury Real Estate Marketing: Are You Expressing Your Difference?

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Napa Consultants DRE00893924

In our work with luxury real estate marketing professionals we encourage our clients to stand out or bow out.  It is important to have a look and make a statement about you as well as the marketplace you are part of.

Recently while having a quick bite in Sly's American Restaurant in Carpinteria, we snapped a picture of the bar area, because it our opinion it was buzzworthy seeing a real Vespa sitting above the bar.  The Vespa illustrates Sly's love of all devices that move us and his spirit of fun.  It is definitely out of the proverbial box thinking, and we felt it illustrated our point rather admirably.

How are you expressing your difference?

I'd like to with the Vespa.  I think fun is now becoming an imperative!

Cherise and Gordon,

Fun never goes out of style and always has a huge place in the world.  You are so right about it becoming an imperative, perhaps we ought to pass a law, making fun mandatory!

Great illustration from Sly and his personality. Your photos and post always make my head spin trying to translate the concepts over into our business.

Ron & Alexandra, Perhaps it's seeing something common in an uncommon location that helps to create the "buzz".

I agree!  Standing out is definitely a MUST if you want to be ahead of the competition! However, be sure your property/listing is standing out for all the RIGHT reasons!

Lee and Carol,

Thanks for your comments, Marketing is an evolving art, when we had our commercial real estate company, every building was marketed differently, and every seller feels their house is different and should be marketed as such...

Steve,

You are so right!  It is the unexpected which creates the wow in every aspect of life.  I forgot to mention that Sly's uses a car horn to announce to the servers that the food is ready!  Fun is great at a restaurant a few blocks from the beach!
