    Larry:  We push all of our closing to one single settlement company and all I have to is pick the phone and they will have the HUD1 for me ready to submit to the bank

    In the event that the buyer insists in using their own settlements company, we push them to get it to us immediately. . . and most of the time we send it back for revisions.
