Buyers and sellers, when you have ANY questions regarding real estate, contact a Realtor you trust. Don't call a random office or e-mail someone@stranger.com! Call a Realtor you know that's a family or friend.
If the only Realtor you know is located far away or even if you may feel uncomfortable about them knowing everything about your situation, then allow them to refer you to someone they trust to handle your questions and/or transaction.
It's kind of like having a doctor or an attorney in the family, you would call them first for advise right?
Use your resources and be efficient, call your Realtor!
