Palmer Farm is a cluster style community built by Realen homes beginning in the late 1980's off of

Township Line Rd. in Yardley.  The single family home community was at first going to be an over 55

community, but in the end that never materialized.  The homes range in size from just over 2,00o sq. ft.

up to nearly 2,800 sq. ft. and offer basements and garages as well.  The Palmer Farm home owners
