Poulsbo closings down sharply from same time period last year

Closed Transactions August 22-31

Transactions closed much quicker at the end of August than they did during the same period last year.  

Activity was up slightly except for Poulsbo.  The average selling price was higher in Poulsbo and Kingston, lower in Silverdale and Bainbridge.
