Real Estate Financier To Manage BPO AutoAccepter Sales

The BPO Automation Group announced today that it has retained real-estate financier Bob Lipke to manage sales for the popular AutoAccepter 2 product. His expertise in real-estate social-networking and investment finance are expected to play a paramount role in assisting BPO & REO agents to get the most from the popular AutoAccepter 2 software application.

Lipke is a licensed real-estate agent in Washington State, and has a diverse educational background including degrees in Demography and Sociology, which he has applied extensively in social-networking applications in the real-estate industry. Lipke also serves as the co-founder of Forward Equity Partners, a real-estate investment group located in Bellingham, WA.

The AutoAccepter 2 functions as a virtual order-capture assistant for BPO agents nationwide, and has captured over $3.75 million dollars (80,000+ orders) for BPO Automation Group clients in the last 6 months alone. This application has become increasingly popular at the market for BPO orders becomes more competitive, and is used by many agents as a tool to accept orders while they're busy inspecting properties, which allows them to stay mobile while remaining responsive to BPO vendor offers.

Wow, how can this software be worth $500? Does it do the BPO too?

Hi Kathy -

$500 is a bargain for agents seriously interested in building their stream of incoming BPO orders. That isn't EVERY agent, and even for agents in the business it may not be required/desired all the time. It is another tool worth examining, though - agents are typically interested in boosting that BPO volume as it leads to better agent rating and more REO listings, which is a big reason that clients typically cite during purchase.
