Bay Area Building Inspectors, Inc. are indeed first class! This afternoon I met Kelly Gibson for the first time and was really impressed with the fantastic inspection he provided for my buyers.
Thankfully, there was nothing major on his report. Kelly went over his report, showing my clients (and the homeowner who returned just in time for the report) the long list of what he termed the Honey Do list. Little things like repairing the mortar around a couple of bricks in the fireplace. Things that my buyer can take care of himself down the road.
The pool was included in Kelly's inspection and came out with a good report! Now we move to the next phase, the appraisal. Life is good when things move along as planned.
