Wow, now that's consistency Shack Diva. When I attempted to learn more about The Lakes I was thwarted by our over zealous "server security". Now my curiosity is really piqued. About 800 homes there I imagine?
I've got to go with Kevin on this one. Very consistent and nice data on number of months inventory.

Great job once again. When are you going to have another class to help the rest of us? Thinking about going to RE/MAX convention in Las Vegas next March. Hopefully you will be in town to meet up with your RE/MAX friends.

I did just get back from a few days in Vegas, staying at the Wynn. It seemed slow on the strip. I did enjoy golf at the Wynn - it was beautiful!

Kevin: Well over 800 homes. This is an older & more established community so there are not as many listings & sales as the harder hit newer communities.
