Ray, those are pretty tame homeowners association dues aren't they?  They also provide a lot of services for those dues.  Wonderful job of providing the information needed by prospective buyers!

Ray, I was visting my daughter recently, and drove by my old house in Tuscany- I wish I hadn't sold it! The Highlands is certainly an area I'd consider, when I return...nice post! :)
