Truly don't know what's causing this, Normally the two weeks before Labor Day is a dead zone. Not this year, July was my dead zone, normally a busy time. (Disclaimer, I am ALWAYS busy activity breeds activity and I always am working). But I'm talking profitably busy. After waffling all summer some of my clients are getting busy again searching properties and calling about them, I've got a new batch of clients too from all aspects of my market.
Maybe it's just bad news fatigue.
