KB Fitness offers outstanding programs such as, Group Exercise, Cardio Kickboxing, Pilates, Yoga Classes, Body Sculpting and more, including classes for children in various age groups.
Pilates Reformer Classes are small – 5 is the maximum number of students per class which provides great 1:1 attention and training time with each person.
KB Fitness is not a gym … it is a fitness facility that offers small classes with specialized attention. It is like a fitness boutique!

I think that is why she saved it for last.
I have had several different gym memberships over the years. I absolutely prefer the boutique-type environment. Most importantly, I appreciate the specialized knowledge KB and the other trainers have. They keep a watchful eye on everyone to ensure each move is done correctly which prevents us from inadvertently injuring ourselves.
