What options would a homeowner typically have?

- Regular Listing for Sale

- Short Sale

- Lease Option?

A.V. Foreclosure Specialist

A home owner could also try to do a refi or a loan modification. If there is no way that a home owner will qualify for a short sale, sometimes asking the bank if they will take the deed in lieu of foreclosure is a good idea.
