It seems that many deals these days include the uncomfortable aspect of nervous buyers that get scared off by the smallest of issues. Is anyone else dealing with paranoid buyers?

Oh yes and paranoid sellers too! I recently had three different clients ALL at the SAME period of time start to get paranoid, it was crazy! I love to help people and I want them to be comfortable but you are right that these days it does seem to be worse.
