Roanoke Virginia Interest Rates at an all time low!

This spring I didn't think that interest rates in Roanoke Virginia would ever be as low as they were again.....and I was wrong.  I am seeing people getting 30 year fixed interest loans at 4.5% and less!  I have seen people refinancing for as little as 3.5% for 10 year terms.  This is incredible but what is even more incredible is that there are still people in Roanoke Virginia waiting, watching and hoping it will get even better!  Talk about looking the proverbial gift horse in the mouth! 

I hope the fence riders don't end up with only splinters for the wait!
