How is a Real Estate Transaction Like Dating?
I heard an analogy today that just made me smile.
Inspecting available possibilities = Previewing Homes
Starting to Date = Open Listing
Going Steady = Exclusive Listing
Engagement = Escrow
Marriage = Close of Escrow
Separation = Notice of Default
Divorce = Foreclosure
Can you think of any other ways that a real estate transaction is like dating?
