Kathleen,  I hate to see your beautiful city in such a down market.  I'm shocked at the number of short sales...I don't know why, but it really surprised me.  I flew in to San Jose for Inman and loved it.  Our driver gave us the tour of the area.  I hope things improve soon.  You seem to have a handle on it!

Elizabeth, Indeed we are hit hard with short sales and the numbers will continue to increase. I received three calls today from homeowners who were denied loan modifications and want to short sale. I am glad you loved San Jose … I can’t imagine anyone not liking it here. Thanks for commenting.
