I just went to a carnival services event today. I have been PTA carnival chair and my sister is now taking her turn at her school so she wanted my input. Anyway... we saw this unique product that is often used at large events but I thought it would work as a great promotional item.
Remember the old flip books we used to make as kids? It was basically a primitive form of animation and was the precursor to the movies back in the 1800's. Some smart "techie" has created a system that takes actual photos and turns it into a business card size book that people can't stop looking at. You should see peoples reaction the very first time they look at it...their mouths drop.
I thought it was such a cool idea I couldn't stop thinking about it as a promotional item. What if the mini-movie was a fast motion process of staging. You know how they do it on TV when they show the before then speed up all the work in the middle and then show the after? Wouldn't that be a great promo. I have a vision of dropping off a basket of goodies at a RE office with this litte doozie right on top. Everyone that has picked up my sample flips through it at least 3 times.
What if RE agents have a little video of themselves putting a sign in the yard, showing a few buyers and putting the sold sign on top? There are so many options for this "old school" techie item. What about Christmas/Hanukah cards? I have a call in for the pricing - I'm sure quantity plays a part in that. It could be a little pricey but so memorable.
We have a franchise of this in the Kansas City area but their website is still in progress. Check this out http://www.flipfabulous.com/
