*** These 2 are the best companies I have worked with for BPO orders. Easy forms, and they are not rejecting everything everytime. Get with them and you may find yourself making an extra $1000 a month. Not bad when the BPO takes about 45 minutes to load and 10 minutes to take the pictures.

Sign up with these guys and you will most likely get a minimum of 3-5 listings per year. Another agent in my office and myself get all of our area lisings. You pay a minimal fee per zip code, as my total bill per month is $11.90 for quite a few zip codes. The number of listings you will get are worth the 120.00 I pay to be with them per year. They are a great company to work with and work for. So sign yourself up and get paid for listing properties! Easiest way to get free listings!
WHEN YOU WANT TO HELP YOURSELF LOOK MORE VISIBLE WHEN WORKING WITH THESE COMPANIES, try a few of these tips. Here is what I switched myself too. ClearCapital sent out information on making your profile stick out. Let them know what Banks you work with and have worked with. Tell them you work exclusively with REO Properties.
