September 3, 2010 Friday - Earl was here... I think. We've had worse summer squalls than what Earl delivered.
We are ever so thankful that Earl snubbed us.
Loads of tires bulldozed off the beaches September 4, 2010
Roger was emailing photos of the tires this morning...He said that he was told, that a few years ago they chained all of those tires together to form an artificial reef in the area, and of course, the chains rusted and with the force of the waves over the years....Viola, Tires on the beach? Don't know if there is any truth to that story, but We are very thankful that Earl only left Tires and no destruction. Now...What am I going to do with all these dang spaghettios?

Kathryn - thanks for the videos. I was hoping Earl would at least bring a good soaking rain to my area of southeastern PA...not a drop. By the way, keep your eye out for a 205/75-15 tire for me. :-)
