You can RUN, but you can NOT hide!

By
Education & Training with Coach Collard Real Estate - Seminars, Investing & Agency
Hi all!

Today, Coach interviews a top agent in our office who handles short sales, Jill Rother, and they discuss the ins and outs of homeowner’s that are in denial, and/or like to keep their information away from the public.

They go into detail on why it’s NOT very functional for a homeowner to hide from their neighbors, and they discuss the tools that the NOSEY NEIGHBOR can use to find out all about your business.

PUBLIC RECORDS COUNTY RECORDS MLS – other sites like realtor.com, trulia.com, etc.

Moral of the story is…. You can run, but you can NOT hide!

Enjoy!, and as always, we appreciate your comments and feedback!

The information is available everywhere, you can even pull up records online that you had to go to the courthouse for in the past.

It is funny that people think that information isn't available.  It is truly frightening what you can find out online these days.
