You can contact either Bob Stewart or Brad Andersohn....they are both very helpful and I am sure you can get this resolved with them. Good luck
Also, if you scroll to the bottom of this page, you can see where it says "Contact Active Rain." You can send an e-mail to the help desk.
Hi Linda, Active Rain has always been responsive when we had to contact them which isn't very often. I hope you got this resolved to your satisfaction!
