I wish I had better news on the current pricing in my area. The latest stats show prices are still falling in the $400K+ range but the good news is that the buyers are out and finding some great deals. I just went under binding contract for a home that sold for $1.23M in 2007 and is now selling for $785K. Sure it needs new appliances and the pool cleaned but what a deal. My client was able to customize his kitchen (he is a cook) so it worked well for him be able to install a new grill in his pool cabana and get the exact appliances he wanted. If you are a buyer reading this blog, call me now because I can get the best bargains I have seen in my career. We will make it through this time and it will be good again!! No worries.
