Since I didn't have any takers at my open house this afternoon, I wanted to make sure to use my time wisely. So I broke out my FlipCam and recorded the house. I don't have the most stable hand, but I'm sure it can only get better with time! This home is located within minutes to NAS Mayport, Jacksonville sector of USCG and the beautiful beaches of Jacksonville. It has had all major systems updated and shows just like new! Its best feature is the sparkling pool and jacuzzi with a lush landscaped backyard.

Great use of your time. One suggestion though, edit it to create a shorter version and send them to the longer version if they like the 30-45 second commercial. (six minutes is kind-of long.) But again, excellent idea - you were there anyway and your sellers will be impressed to see that you put their home on YouTube.
